We accept all major credit cards and also provide several additional payment options at checkout including: PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay (onmobile only), Google Pay, Amazon Payments and Installments by Afterpay. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.
Your details are securely encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question.
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest or additional fees.

Yes! We ship worldwide.
US Orders
We offer standard and priority shipping via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping takes up to 7 business days, priority shipping takes 1-4 business days.
International Orders
We offer international shipping via UPS and DHL. Delivery times are shown at check out.
Order processing on US and International orders takes up to 48 hours.
Standard shipping is offered free within the US. The option to pay for priority shipping is available at checkout.
International shipping outside the US is calculated at checkout and is based on the shipping address and weight of the order. The cost of any import duties and taxes levied
by your country are shown at checkout and included in the shipping cost.
Our products are designed in the US and manufactured by our partners in China. All of our cashmere products are produced in Inner Mongolia.
We use Grade A cashmere sourced from Inner Mongolia for all of our cashmere products.
The majority of our cashmere products contain 100% organically raised cashmere which means no fertilizers or pesticides are used on the land where the goats graze. Additionally the yarn is undyed or organic dyes color the yarn, and specialized water treatments are employed to be more environmentally friendly.
Our company is located in Union City, New Jersey and all our products ship from the US.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in new unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and we have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit it before it ships or guarantee cancellations. Please contact our team at sales@jetandbo.com if you have concerns about your order.
On a desktop or laptop computer the box to enter the discount code is located on the right-hand side of the page, after you click the checkout button. Enter your code in the box that says ‘Discount’ and click the ‘Apply’ button.
On mobile devices, the box to enter the discount code is not automatically visible. After you hit the checkout button, the next page will start with an order summary. Click the downward facing arrow next to the words ‘Show order summary’ and it will expand. Enter your code in the box that says ‘Discount’ and click the black arrow button.
Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
Digital gift cards are sent directly to the email address entered at checkout. We recommend entering your own email address and forwarding the gift card to the recipient with your personal gift message.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
To use the gift card, enter the code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ box on the checkout page. The available balance will be deducted from the order total.

Yes! Our gift wrapping is gorgeous and travel themed. We gift wrap in white paper with black ribbon and add a leather luggage tag as the gift tag that contains your message.
We charge $10 for gift wrapping and it is available on select products.
If gift wrapping is available for the product you are purchasing, it will appear above the add to cart button. Tick the box, and a message box will appear where you can write the gift message. You must select gift wrapping before clicking the add to cart button.
No, we are a direct-to-consumer brand and do not offer wholesale for resale purposes.
Yes, if you are ordering more than 10 units of a single item we are happy to discuss a volume discount.
