Bulk Order Purchase Information

 

We're excited to offer bulk order discounts on our products! Here's everything you need to know to place your order:

 

Minimum Order Quantity

To qualify for our bulk order discount, you'll need to purchase a minimum of 10 units

 

Pricing

Please email sales@jetandbo.com with the item details along with the quantity you would like to purchase and we will advise on the applicable bulk purchase discount, as well as in-stock availability

 

Payment Options

In-Stock Orders: If the items you want are in stock, you can place your order directly on our website (www.jetandbo.com) using the bulk order discount code we'll provide

Out-of-Stock Orders: If the items you need are out of stock, we can manufacture them for you. However, there is a minimum quantity of 50 and lead time of approximately 16 weeks. Here's what to expect:

  • A 60% deposit is required to confirm your order and get us started on manufacturing
  • We'll send you a deposit invoice for payment via bank transfer before confirming the order
  • Once your items are ready to ship, we'll send you a final invoice for the remaining balance, to also be paid via bank transfer

 

Sales Tax: Please note that sales tax will be applied to your order if it's shipping to a New York or New Jersey address

 

Shipping Information

We currently only ship bulk orders within the US

Orders typically ship via UPS ground within 5 business days of receiving your full payment

Shipping costs are additional and will be applied to your order

  • If you're purchasing via our website, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout
  • If we're manufacturing your order, we'll provide you with a separate shipping cost quote

 

Customization and Returns

Customization: Unfortunately, we cannot offer customization of products or packaging for bulk orders. However, we can provide the items without the Jet&Bo boxes and hang tags if you prefer. Please note that all products will still have a branded Jet&Bo care label attached.

Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping is not available for bulk orders

Returns: Bulk orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. We will accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise.

  • Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival 
  • If you discover any damaged or defective items, contact our sales team at sales@jetandbo.com within 5 days of receiving your order 
  • We'll be happy to replace the items with new merchandise, or if replacements aren't available, we'll issue you a refund
